On March 17th, 2021, Women in Business welcomed life coach, public speaker, author, co-host of the podcast, “Say Enneathing,” and entrepreneur Ashton Whitmoyer. She walked us through the Enneagram test, which is a personality test that uncovers and identities nine different personalities, ranked 1-9. Each personality is driven by their motivators and have distinct reactions to stress. This personality test is unique because it allows you to uncover your motivators, discover ways to self-improve, and identity areas of development. You cannot change your habits or tendencies until you are aware they exist.
