Bio: I have been in WIB for 3 semesters. Before being elected president, I served as the VP of Community Service for 2 semesters. I am very excited to provide as many opportunities as possible for our members. The executive board and I are hoping to grow WIB and provide opportunities for personal and professional development. We have some super exciting events this semester that I am so excited to share! I love WIB so much, but I think my favorite part has been getting to know so many people. I have developed several friendships and meet such amazing people through WIB. It’s really just a group of like-minded strong women working towards the same goal. I am from the Ice Cream Capital of the World! I spend my summers in northern Wisconsin working as an orthodontic assistant! After graduation I plan to attend a smaller university for a 5th year to take some extra science classes before applying to dental school! Eventually I plan to go to dental school.

Bio: This is my third semester in WIB and my second semester on the executive board. Previously, I had the privilege of serving as Vice President of Events, which provided me valuable experience in organizing and facilitating bonding. Now, I’m honored to take on the role of Vice President. I am so excited about this new opportunity to contribute in a different capacity to support the important mission of the Iowa Women’s Foundation. One of my favorite things about WIB is the inspiring and supportive women who are members. Outside of WIB, I enjoy exploring new restaurants, coffee, and experiences. I also have a passion for staying active through workouts or other fun ways. My plan is to move home after graduation and work in Chicago!

Bio: I have been in WIB for two semesters and grateful to be the VP of Technology for this next year! Bio: I have been in WIB for 3 semesters. I am thrilled to be the VP of Internal Relations since it is my first roll I will hold in WIB. Bio: Hi! I’ve been in WIB for 3 semesters and have loved every second of it! This is my first year serving on the executive board! I am most excited to get WIB members great connections through the Mentoring Program! I had such great success being a mentee in this program and it lead me to my first internship and I have established lifelong connections in the business world because of it. My favorite thing about WIB is how it provides us with multiple opportunities to make connections and enhance our network with events throughout the year! Some fun facts about me is that I love reality tv shows like Love Island and The Kardashians, I love drinking coffee & green tea,  and another one is my best friend/roommate is the VP of Tech this year and serving on exec is going to be a fun journey to go on together!

Bio: I have proudly been a member of Women in Business (WIB) for three semesters, and my passion for the organization’s impactful work has only deepened over time. This enthusiasm has inspired me to run for the position of VP of Finance, where I believe I can make a meaningful contribution. I am particularly excited about the pro-trip, which offers an exceptional opportunity to network not only with companies but also with fellow WIB members. One of my favorite aspects of WIB is learning about the diverse stories and aspirations of our members. Beyond WIB, I serve as the Vice President of Membership for Kappa Kappa Gamma. In my free time, I enjoy running and practicing Pilates. As graduation approaches, I am looking forward to relocating to the West Coast to pursue a career in private wealth management.

Bio: I’ve been actively involved with Women in Business (WIB) for three semesters. Last semester, I had the opportunity to serve as a Lean In Circle Leader, and this semester, I’m excited to take on the role of Vice President of Fundraising. I’m eager to bring fresh ideas to our fundraising initiatives and help drive our mission forward. What I love most about WIB is the strong sense of community and the incredible network of supportive women. It’s inspiring to be part of a group that not only promotes professional growth but also fosters meaningful connections. A couple of fun facts about me: I have a passion for writing and dream of publishing a book series one day. Alongside my accounting career, I’m dedicated to turning this dream into reality. As a senior, I’m currently exploring opportunities in accounting while working towards my goal of becoming an author. Bio: I’ve been in WIB for 2 semesters, but this is my first semester on Exec Board! I’m very passionate about community service and i love getting involved around Iowa City. I’m so excited to be able to offer various opportunities throughout the semester for WIB to give back to our community. This organization is important to me because women are still being overshadowed in the business field, WIB gave me the chance to connect with so many wonderful people who advocate for our presence in the workplace.

 1.)I love cotton candy so much, that I have my own machine for when I want it. 

2.) When I was 7 I locked myself in a locker on accident and now I’m terrified of small spaces. 3.) I’m REALLY good at puzzles.

Last year I was the VP of External Relations and loved creating a network of corporate sponsors for WIB as well as host the first Sponsor Appreciation Event. This semester I am the VP of Professionalism and I am excited to take on the challenge of planning the Pro Trips! 

My favorite thing about WIB is all of the connections you make, both personally and professionally. I have been able to meet many friends as well as mentors. A couple fun facts about me is that I enjoy lifting, and I work as a bartender at a distillery – really enjoy creating fun drinks behind the bar!

Some fun facts about me are that I love to travel and be outdoors, I have traveled to China to study! I also love art! I won a FILA Shoe designing competition where I got a hand painted pair of shoes with my design!!
