The goal of the mentoring program is to inspire our undergraduate student members to find and reach their career goals and aspirations, by providing them the ability to foster relationships with professional business women in their area of interest. Mentors are matched to a mentee based on the student’s career goals and interests.
Requirements for this program is to meet one-on-one (mentor-to-mentee) at least once a month. Also required is the Mentoring Kickoff event.
Different activity ideas include meeting for lunch or coffee, reviewing resumes, meeting mentor’s colleagues, touring mentor’s office, meeting virtually over Zoom, calling your mentor, and more. We hope that the mentors can share their professional experiences about transitioning from college to the working world, how students can make the most of their college experience to have a rewarding career, and any other professional advice or experiences the mentor would like to share!
Please contact VP of Mentoring, Kaitlyn Ryan (email@example.com) or our VP of External Relations, Maddie Rigdon (firstname.lastname@example.org) for any additional questions!
