Participating in Virtual Mock Interviews at the Career Center gives you feedback and experience with an actual recruiter who is volunteering their time to help you prepare for interviews.

Mock Interviews
Mock Interviews allows you to practice your interviewing skills will real life employers and recruiters who have volunteered to help support our students by providing valuable feedback on ways they can improve interview skills. This fall, Mock Interviews are all held virtually and are registered for by applying through the “Job” search feature in Handshake. Just search for “Mock Interview” in the Keyword Search after clicking on “Jobs”.

Virtual-only services begin on Monday, March 16th. Drop-ins and in-person appointments will be suspended until further notice.
Students may still schedule advising appointments via MyUI. The Zoom link you will need to connect for your virtual career advising meeting will appear in the location and body of your confirmation and reminder emails. Those who scheduled prior to the career center moving virtual, will receive a Zoom link via email from their advisor in advance so you can proceed with your scheduled meeting.
