Miclot Fellow in Entrepreneurship, Tippie College of Business, University of Iowa. Our speaker has selected The Fearless Organization: Creating Psychological Safety in the Workplace for Learning, Innovation, and Growth book by Amy Edmondson for this year’s event. We will raffle copies of the book at the event.
