New for Fall 2021 – Women in Leadership (LS:2020)Gain an overview of relevant history, theory, and practice of women in effective leadership. LS:2020 Women in Leadership Overview of relevant history, theory, and practice of women in effective leadership; women leaders from historical to modern times; focus on exploring obstacles and challenges faced by women in leadership and how people of all genders can work to overcome these barriers. This course also counts toward the Certificate in Leadership Studies. |
