This summer, Tippie will be offering a two week study abroad program to Shanghai & Beijing! Through interactive company visits, cultural excursions, discussions, and readings, you will explore how business operates in China, strategies in the Chinese market, US-China trade relations, and the Chinese consumer. Kick off your summer with a two-week session gaining experience in international business, exploring China, and climbing the Great Wall!
Past company visits: FedEx, Intel Corp., BaoSteel, Walt Disney Resorts, Baidu, Lenovo, Volkswagen, BBDO Ad Agency, and more!
The program dates are 5/17/20 – 5/30/20, which means you’ll be back before the beginning of June.
Through this study abroad program (BUS:2450), you will earn 3sh.
- Fulfills General Education requirement: International and Global Issues
- Counts toward the International Business Certificate (International Business category)
