Bio: Hello! My name is Alex Mona! I am a senior studying BAIS and Marketing with a Music Minor, and I am from West Des Moines, IA. I’ve been involved with Tippie Tech since I was a freshman, so it’s been such a surreal experience to come full circle and serve as the Tippie Tech President. Bio: My name is Brady Hunter, and I'm a Junior majoring in Finance and Business Analytics at the University of Iowa. This year, I'll be serving as Vice President of Tippie Tech, where my focus is on expanding our organization's influence and driving meaningful impact within the Tippie College of Business. I am actively engaged in HawkTrade and the Financial Management Association, and I currently work remotely as a financial analyst intern for Principal Financial Group. Bio: My name is Alex Mona, and I am a junior studying BAIS & Marketing with a music minor. I am currently on the Tippie Tech executive board as an events chair and made Tippie Tech a strong priority of mine.. Whether it was sitting at the Tippie Tech booths for club engagement fairs, representing Tippie Tech and the University of Iowa at the CyHawk Case Competition, attending most if not all yearly meetings, or recruiting inside and outside the classroom, I always enjoyed being a part of the Tippie Tech community.

 My immense involvement on campus in numerous organizations such as AKPsi (exec), Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity (Scholarship Chair), TBHS Secretary (exec), Business Student Ambassador Organization, and many others have provided me with a wide array of relationships to coordinate fundraising events and tie-in events with other clubs/orgs on campus.

I’m actively involved in a variety of campus organizations, including serving as the Treasurer for Phi Kappa Psi fraternity and being a member of both the Financial Management Association and Letters of Love. My diverse involvement reflects my desire to continuously seek opportunities to contribute and grow.

Bio: My name is Michael Swaim, and I am a junior studying BAIS, Finance and RMI with a minor in International Relations. I am on the Tippie Tech executive board as the VP of Events. I have always loved the environment in Tippie Tech, which led me to attend as many meetings as possible to get to know more people. Meeting people is something that I always prioritized, which has helped me get to know others in many different student orgs. I have also taken on roles in the past dedicated to fundraising for different projects, both in and out of school. These relationships and experiences should help in planning and fundraising joint club events.

Bio: Hey! I'm Dave Marcheschi, a senior from Wheaton, Illinois, double majoring in BAIS and Marketing. I joined Tippie Tech during my junior year to connect with others passionate about analytics. This organization has provided me with incredible opportunities for professional growth, and I'm thrilled to now serve as VP of Tech, giving back to the community that's given me so much. Bio: My name is Aidan McGrane. I am a University of Iowa Honors and President's List Student, pursuing dual degrees in Computer Science and Finance. I am passionate about quantitative finance, computer programming, and using latest technologies to create innovative business solutions. I have gained valuable experience in IT as a summer intern at UnityPoint Health and recently completed a software engineering internship with Collins Avionics. I am active in multiple student clubs and organizations in my fields of study and was elected elected Chief Technology Officer of Quantitative Finance Club and Vice President of the Association for Computing Machinery. I was awarded at the "2023 HackUIowa" and won first place in the "Tippie ULine Case Competition". I thrive in a group environment as both a collaborative team member and as a leader. I am looking forward to applying and increasing my knowledge and skills through my work as a part of Tippie Tech.

Bio: My name is Andy Roose and I am a senior studying business analytics and finance. I have been involved with Tippie Tech for 3 years now and have had a great experiences learning from industry leaders and connecting with other people in the organization. I think this is a great community for anyone interested in how business and technology come together. My other involvement on campus includes sigma phi epsilon fraternity and alpha kappa psi professional business fraternity. Both of these orgs have helped round out my professional skills and gain incredible connections along the way.

So far I have benefited greatly from being part of such a cool organization. I have learned lots about what it is actually like to launch a professional career in the technology and business fields. I have been exposed to a wide variety of companies and positions and have had the opportunity to connect with lots of tech focused individuals. I am excited for everything this year and to be more involved as part of the executive team.

Bio: My name is Alex Hunter, a rising junior studying Accounting and BAIS. I have been a member of Tippie Tech since my Freshman year and have thoroughly enjoyed attending meetings to learn more about the ever-expanding realm of analytics within business. I currently sit as the Director of Internal affairs on the executive board. The strong connections I have made through an internship at Principal Financial Group in Des Moines, coupled with my love for helping young students grow, allows me to excel in broadening the horizons for this student organization. I hope to network with alumni who can help expand our members’ interest in a variety of fields/professions through real-life experiences!
