Welcome to the Tippie Technology and Innovation Association (TippieTECH) at the University of Iowa!

In a business environment that is increasingly immersing in technology, professionals with knowledge and skills to accomplish business needs using technology are vital to a company's success. Tippie Tech is an association created to facilitate the growth and awareness in the area of information technology. Students in Computer Science, Informatics, and Business Analytics Information Systems (BAIS) will benefit from Tippie Tech's networking events, skill development, and professional development opportunities.

Analytics Competition

During Spring 2018, Tippie Tech geared up to attend an analytics competition in San Antonio! Students from undergraduate programs across the country attended at USITCC. This year’s conference featured events in Database, Network Design, Enterprise IT, Mobile Application Development, PC Troubleshooting, Systems Analysis & Design, Microsoft Office, Java, and Security.

Bi-Weekly Meetings

Not only do successful companies come to us to show what they do in the technology field, they are looking for talent from our major. This is a great way to network for your future.

Career Fair

Tippie Tech offers a career fair in the fall focused on the Business Analytics and Information Systems majors! Get a head start by getting your resume in front of big and small name employers before anyone else!
