International Business

Courses in this area will provide students with an essential understanding of economics, which is central to all business operation, and will allow the student to develop knowledge of the functional areas of international business.

Foreign Language

This component of the IBC serves three purposes:

  1. To allow students to develop at least an intermediate level of competence in a second language;
  2. To enable students to gain additional insight into the culture of another region of the world by studying its language;
  3. To encourage students to enrich their understanding of their own language and culture by studying another.

Students must complete an approved foreign language sequence.
