that private
businesses have enjoyed a wide range of private tax breaks for decades.
Yetman,
who recently published a study of charities' income tax returns, noted that
if nonprofit
groups become overly aggressive in claiming expenses as tax deductions,
Congress
could begin to tighten the law.
