Wow, did you see the Vikram Pandit, CEO of Citi, exited effective immediately? Although there is much speculation as to why, clearly there was not an agreement on some issue between the board and the CEO. So he is out, whether by choice or not. This is interesting given we are having our roundtable on board governance this week. One of the questions I sent our panelists is, “Have you ever disagreed with a CEO or has your board disagreed with you while you were CEO?” Given the events of the week, I am even more curious to hear their comments.

Cathy joined Tippie in 2008 as the Business Director of the Finance Career Academy.
