Brian Machan
Brian Machan, CFA, Portfolio Manager at Aviva Investors provided an overview of Investment Careers in the Finance Academy session Thursday, September 8. Mr. Machan, a Tippie MBA Alumnus, fielded questions from first and second year finance students for over ninety minutes. It was an engaging, insightful conversation.
Fellow first year Micah James made the following observation. “It was great having Mr. Machan share his career path with Aviva since graduating from the MBA program. As a student who is very interested in the fixed income investment industry, gaining insight from an alum, in an informal presentation setting, was truly a valuable experience.”
