Phi Beta Lambda - Membership:
Phi Beta Lambda brings business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs.
Phi Beta Lambda is not a Business fraternity. We are a service organization that is open to any major. We currently have members with majors in business, communications, biology, English, engineering, sports studies, pre-law, political science, computer science, and more.
There are many opportunities with Phi Beta Lambda, from the normally meetings to just hanging out with other members. There are also chances to give back to the community or to help raise funds for a good cause.
The one thing that distinguishes Phi Beta Lambda from other organizations is that we have the opportunity to participate in competitive events. Every year at the Spring Leadership Conference there is a wide array of events to compete in. Top finishers are qualified to compete at the National Leadership Conference.

Conferences:
Every year in the fall semester there are two conferences that can be attended. One is the State Fall Leadership Conference, and the other the National Fall Leadership Conference. The National Fall Leadership Conference is split up around the nation so that travel is not as difficult. In the spring semester there is only the State Leadership Conference. At this conference you have the opportunity to compete in different events. Depending on the your placement, you could have the opportunity to compete at the National Leadership Conference held in the summer. Our competitive events have a broad range. The National Leadership Conference is for all PBL chapters from around the nation. It follows right after the National FBLA Conference.
