From the South:

• Take I-380 North to exit 19C ( 1st St. E )
• Cross over the river and turn right onto 1st St. NE at the light. Follow 1st St. E to 3rd Ave
• Turn left onto 3rd Ave. SE
• The Center is at the corner of 3rd Ave. SE and 3rd St. SE and will be on your right
• Follow directions listed below to park in the recommended Towne Center Parkade ramp

From the North:

• Take I-380 South to Exit 20A ( 1st St. NE )
• Turn left onto 1st St. NE
• Continue until your reach 3rd Ave. SE and turn left
• The Center is at the corner of 3rd Ave. SE and 3rd St. SE and will be on your right
• Follow directions listed below to park in the recommended Towne Center Parkade ramp

To reach the Towne Center Parkade ramp located directly behind the center:

• Turn right onto 3rd Street
• Then take the next immediate right at 4th Avenue and go up the ramp into the Town Centre Parkade
• Park in any spot not marked with a reserved sign
• Proceed down the stairwell to the red door and reenter the ramp
• Go to the entrance marked 221 Town Centre (Level 2 Skywalk) to enter the building at the glass skywalk area. We are the first right after the skywalk (Suite 200).

Parking in the Town Centre Parkade ramp is free after 5:00 p.m. to students attending MBA classes. In order to park at no charge in this ramp, please observe the following:

1. You will receive a parking sticker at the Town Centre on the first night of class. The permit will allow entry into the ramp and should be displayed throughout the period your auto is parked. This permit is valid for free parking from 5:00-10:00 p.m. on evenings when classes are held. Parking is always free on Saturdays .
2. When you arrive at the parking ramp with your permit the gate will open. You will not receive a ticket after 5:00 p.m.
3. Park in any spot above the RED level that is not marked as Reserved .
4. If you arrive before 5:00 p.m., you are responsible for parking at $.50/hour.
5. If you receive a blue ticket when leaving the ramp, write the number from the parking permit on the back of the ticket and drop the ticket in the mail slot in the ticket booth.

Please note, however, that the skywalk connecting the ramp and the Town Centre is locked after 6:00 p.m.

Access to 221 Town Centre from the Town Centre Parking Ramp Take the stairway down to the red door (second floor) entrance. Enter the doors marked "221 Town Centre (Level 2 Skywalk)". This building is not accessible from other levels of the ramp.

The 3rd Avenue Five Seasons Parkade is also near the center and is located between 3rd Street & 5th Street. Park in the first available level, then take the elevator to the third floor where you will find the SKYWALK to Town Centre. To enter the Town Centre building, turn right through the glass doors, then turn right again just past the elevators. The center is located directly ahead of you in Suite 200 .

If both ramps are full: There is a parking lot on 4th Avenue between 3rd Street & 5th Street (opposite of the street our building is located). Street parking is also available (most spaces have a 2-hour time limit and are enforced from 8 AM - 5 PM).

While classes are in session hours are 5:00 - 9:30 PM Monday through Thursday, as well as occasional Friday evening and Saturday daytime hours. Please call ahead to verify someone will be able to assist you.

The facility includes a computer lab with 13 networked computers. A variety of programs are available. Please call ahead to ascertain availability of the lab during daytime hours. - vending machines (snacks and sodas)
- coffee (free of charge)
- a full-sized refrigerator
- microwave

Entrances to the building are locked at 7:00 p.m. You may exit the building after this time, but you will be unable to re-enter unless pre-arranged with the receptionist.

The skywalk system over Third Street is locked at 6:00 p.m. If you park in the municipal parking ramp, you will not have to access it from the street after this time.

From the North:

• Follow I-380 S / IA-27 S toward Cedar Rapids / Dubuque
• Take the US-30 E / US-151 N exit – Exit 16 toward Mt Vernon
• Keep right at the fork in the ramp, still driving toward Mt Vernon
• Turn right onto Kirkwood Blvd SW
• Just past 76th Ave SW, turn left into the parking lot at 7725 Kirkwood Blvd SW

Parking is free in the building lot.

Iowa Hall - Classroom 316-AB:

• Enter SOUTH entrance off Kirkwood Blvd and bear left toward Iowa Hall (see entrance in photo above)
• Enter main doors and go up stairs (see photo to the right) and follow hallway to Room 316- AB.

Linn Hall - Classroom 219:

• Enter MAIN entrance off Kirkwood Blvd and follow signs to Linn Hall
• Classroom is located on 2nd floor bearing left off stairs.
