Internships
The best method of identifying right-fit hires is to employ first-year MBA students as summer interns. Both the company and the students gain valuable experience in short-term, no-commitment employment situations. Many students are career advancers who learn quickly and make an immediate impact. Some students are career changers with unique skill sets that provide fresh perspectives. Whomever you choose, you will have 10 to 12 weeks to determine if you've found future talent that fits the culture of your organization.
Visiting Campus
On campus interviews and company presentations create buzz about your organization. Our newly constructed Pomerantz Center has technology-equipped interviewing rooms, views of the Iowa River and convenient, close-in parking. Our Recruiting Coordinator will take care of the details.
