The Henry B. Tippie College of Business, in partnership with the Iowa insurance industry, has established The Institute of Risk Management and Insurance to provide innovative education and leadership in the fields of risk management and insurance.

Specifically, the Institute provides leadership in key areas of risk management and insurance such as credit risk, corporate risk, catastrophic and technology risks, cash management and financial risk management, and other aspects of traditional insurance business operations.
