Application Content

Students must complete all ten sections of this online application in order to have their application considered for 2008 London Summer Internship Program. The names of each section are: (1) Personal Information; (2) Academic Information: (3) Previous Travel, Study or Work Experience Abroad; (4) Financial Aid; (5) Professional or Academic Reference; (6) Study Abroad Conditions of Participation; (7) Resume; (8) Essay; (9) Statement of Accuracy; and (10) Authorization of Application Fee.

Application Acceptance Process

Applications will be reviewed upon receipt and qualified applicants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Students will be notified by email if they are accepted into the program or not. Accepted students will also be required to attend a designated resume session which they will be notified of upon acceptance.

Accepted applicants will be responsible for turning in all Acceptance Materials in February 1, 2008. [Please visit Important Dates to see when final resumes & essays, post-acceptance forms, commitment fees, etc are due.]

* Withdrawal Penalty: Due to UI contractual obligations and resource commitments, students who drop out of the program after the on-campus placement interview will be assessed a program withdrawal fee of approximately $550. Fees for withdrawal after the start of the program (June 1, 2009) can range from 50% - 100% of the total program fee.
