Hong Kong-China Program

(For Full-time MBA & MBA-PM Students)

(depart US on January 7th & return on the 16th)

With China's economy being one of the fastest growing in the world, Tippie offers Full Time MBA and MBA-PM students the chance to experience Asia first-hand by taking part in its MBA Hong Kong-China Program.

In addition to experiencing exciting Hong Kong, students will also get to visit the two important cities of Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Both these cities are located in Mainland China's Guangdong Province which borders Hong Kong. Guangdong Province is also one of China's major centers for manufacturing and exporting.

Students will be taking part in an International Management course that will incorporate a series of speakers and company visits that are arranged to provide students exposure to the business culture in Southern China and Hong Kong. In addition, the program incorporates for all students a "Your Day, Your Way" experience. This involves a professional visit in Hong Kong arranged by students as part of a small group project.

This program is open to both Full Time MBA and MBA-PM students, but the class does have limited capacity. Sixteen students will be accepted from the Full Time program and nineteen students will be accepted from the MBA-PM program.
