SPIN-OFF: On Thursday evening, December 10, 1998, WebEx will spin-off contracts in the EOS market. At that time each EOS70H contract will be replaced with two new contracts: EOS75L (a contract that will pay off $1 if EOS box office receipts are higher than $70 million, but lower than or equal to $75 million), and EOS75H (a contract that will pay off $1 if EOS box office receipts are higher than $75 million). All outstanding bids and asks for EOS70H will be canceled at the time of the spin-off. Please see the EOS prospectus for additional information.

The IEM Movie Box Office Market: "Enemy of the State" is a real-money futures market where contract payoffs will be determined by the 4 week box office receipts for the movie, Enemy of the State. Data collected by AC Neilsen EDI (www.entdata.com) and reported in Variety will be used to determine payoffs. Please see the market prospectus for specific details of this market.
