Directions

From the South: Take I-380 North to exit 19C ( 1st St. E ). Cross over the river and turn right onto 1st St. NE at the light. Follow 1st St. E to 3rd Ave. Turn left onto 3rd Ave. SE . The Center is at the corner of 3rd Ave. SE and 3rd St. SE and will be on your right .

From the North: Take I-380 South to Exit 20A ( 1st St. NE ). Turn left onto 1st St. NE. Continue until your reach 3rd Ave. SE and turn left. The Center is at the corner of 3rd Ave. SE and 3rd St. SE and will be on your right.

To reach the Towne Center Parkade located directly behind the center, turn right onto 3rd Street, then take the next immediate right at 4th Avenue and go up the ramp into the Town Centre Parkade. Park in any spot not marked with a reserved sign. Proceed down the stairwell to the red door and reenter the ramp. Go to the entrance marked 221 Town Centre (Level 2 Skywalk) to enter the building at the glass skywalk area. We are the first right after the skywalk (Suite 200).

The 3rd Avenue Five Seasons Parkade is also near the center and is located between 3rd Street & 5th Street. Park in the first available level, then take the elevator to the third floor where you will find the SKYWALK to Town Centre. To enter the Town Centre building, turn right through the glass doors, then turn right again just past the elevators. The center is located directly ahead of you in Suite 200 .

If both ramps are full: There is a parking lot on 4th Avenue between 3rd Street & 5th Street (opposite of the street our building is located). Off street parking is also available (most spaces have a 2 hour time limit and are enforced from 8 AM -PM).
