Job/Experience Previous to CIMBA MBA: The year before going to CIMBA, I was working multiple jobs while planning my wedding to fellow CIMBA student, John Drake. Most notable of these jobs was as a Mental Health Associate at a psychiatric residential treatment facility. This experience helped me realize that working in clinical healthcare settings was not an ideal choice for me and helped me reevaluate what type of careers I was interested in.
Reason for choosing the CIMBA MBA: My brother-in-law graduated from CIMBA in 2007. He helped my husband and I understand how much we could learn about ourselves and about our abilities as leaders and teammates.
The CIMBA Experience: CIMBA has helped mold me into an entirely different person. I know I made the right decision to go to Italy, even though I was terrified by the thought of it, and I will spend the rest of my life remembering everything we learned/did/shared and the amazing, lifelong friends I made.
