Reason for choosing the CIMBA MBA:  The CIMBA MBA is on the cutting edge of leadership development and, after investigating MBA programs, was the only MBA I applied to attend.  I found the technical portions of an MBA are pretty common amongst all MBA’s no matter the school, but having a personal professional coach and a system to develop leadership skills is what I felt would bring the most value to my career and life plans.

The CIMBA Experience:  After my CIMBA MBA experience, I am clear about my life purpose, direction, and vision, and through CIMBA I have developed a strong support network of diverse, intelligent, motivated, and creative friends who support one another as we each move towards accomplishing our lives’ visions.  I definitely found what I was looking for and much more. I feel confident and ready to lead both myself and my team into much bigger things for the future.

Goals:  I am a founder in a company producing equipment, service, and spare parts to the Fine Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries. I hope to grow the business into a multi-tens of millions of dollars multi-national company. I plan to use much of my profits for building a network of community centers in poor parts of the world to share and preserve information that can improve the lives of the people in these communities while preserving local traditions. I am planning to get my Ph.D. in the area of change management cross cultures, and then to teach later in my career.
