How to Join:
1) Begin set up 15 minutes prior to the session. This ensures you will have time to load the required Java programing and set up both audio and microphones.
2) Click the “Join Now” link above to begin the webinar
3) Log on using the “guest” option. You will not need a “Hawk ID” to participate.
4) Select “open” when prompted, this will enable Java to begin its set up
5) Select “run” when prompted. It will take a moment to enter the program
6) If it gives you an error, the program will still work. Select “don’t send”
7) Select your internet speed
8) Once the program opens, you will want to check your audio settings
a. Tools > Audio > Audio Setup Wizard
b. This will run through a setup to identify your microphones and speakers
9) By default, your microphones will be disabled. We prefer if you use the chat window to ask questions, as the microphones tend to have feedback.
