Consafe Logistics

Type:
Manual

Topic:
Lean

Summary:
The Lean Production Game illustrates Lean Production and its concept in a way that actively involves the players in both participation and decision-making. It is an excellent tool for companies wanting to introduce Lean Production. The prime objective of the game is to give participants understanding of several basic methods within Lean. It also demonstrates the interplay between these methods and makes participants aware of the factors that control the sequence of events when implementing Lean Production. The Lean game is unique in three ways - the participants are involved in decision making, the game includes more than one product and there is an uncertainty in demand. The game resembles reality much more than other more simple games. The expectation is that participants become more positive and enthusiastic to changes in their own company.
