Professor Kevin Den Adel shared the following 2011 (calendar year) CPA Exam passing rates for Tippie accounting graduates with me: a 72% pass rates for first-time candidates, which rates 15th overall in the United States for large accounting programs (at least 60 candidates), 3rd overall among Big Ten accounting programs, the highest passing rates of the State of Iowa Board of Regent universities and significantly above the national pass-rate of 50%.  Congratulations to Tippie accounting grads and kudos to their accounting professors.
